SUNVIG respects any copyright and is actively committed to providing only fully licensed content on our products. We work with various copyright organizations and publishers to ensure everything is neatly covered.
INFORMATION FOR USERS
As a user of SUNVIG’s products, you are fully protected against copyright claims because of the agreements we have concluded with our partners. When purchasing a SUNVIG karaoke system, you sign a license agreement agreeing to the monthly payment for a user license. The copyright fee is transferred to the necessary organizations from this payment, among other things. If you have a lease agreement with SUNVIG, this license is already included in the periodic fee, and a separate charge is unnecessary.
As an entrepreneur, please note that in many cases, you must apply for additional licenses for playing music and displaying lyrics at your location. Please inquire with your local copyright organization.

COOPERATION
Are you a copyright holder? SUNVIG is happy to work with you. In consultation, we can include your content in SUNVIG’s extensive song catalog and distribute it to all users. Of course, we are happy to pay you for this. Does this sound interesting? Then contact us quickly.
FILING A TAKEDOWN REQUEST
Have we, despite our best efforts, violated your copyright? That is, of course, not our intention. If so, we ask you to make this known to us. Then we can take the necessary measures and, if necessary, remove your content from our offer.
To submit a takedown request, please email support@sunvig.com or write a letter to our attorney (address at the bottom of this page). Please include the following information:
– Clear identification of the content that violates your copyright (ID code / title and artist / URL)
– Your contact details
– Which rights you own or which rights holders you represent
– A description of how your right has been violated
– A statement in which you explain why we do not receive approval from the above party
